At New Horizons Coaching and Personal Development, we are committed to providing high-quality life coaching services to support your personal growth and development. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure transparency regarding our refund policy. Since our offerings consist of intangible coaching services, our refund policy differs from traditional product returns.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds once a coaching session or program has begun. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and reasonable in addressing concerns.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A technical issue or billing error resulted in an incorrect charge.
  • A client cancels within the allowed timeframe before a coaching session begins (see Section 2).
  • A client is dissatisfied with their first session and requests a refund within the designated period.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

We allow cancellations and partial refunds under the following conditions:

A. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the session may qualify for a 50% refund or one-time rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

B. Coaching Packages & Programs

  • If you purchase a multi-session coaching package and decide to cancel before the first session, you may request a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Once a coaching program has started, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
  • Partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within seven (7) days of program enrollment.

C. Digital Products & Online Courses

If we offer pre-recorded courses, workbooks, or digital downloads, these are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reschedule a session, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Order or Booking Confirmation Number
    • Reason for Refund Request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If a refund is denied, we will provide a clear explanation and offer alternative solutions if applicable.

5. Exceptions & Special Considerations

We may consider exceptions to our refund policy in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies (proof may be required).
  • Unforeseen personal circumstances preventing participation.
  • Dissatisfaction with services, provided that concerns are raised within the first session and reasonable efforts are made to address them.
